Please kindly note:

1. Registration does NOT include Housing. Standard room rate is CNY 350 per night for the International Exchange Center Hotel on campus and CNY 200 per night for nearby budget hotels (within 5 km), and CNY 400-700 per night for nearby 4-5 star hotels.

2. The meeting registration is an integral package. Neither refund/discount nor day pass is available for short attendance.

3. Please inform us your special request on food service or other things during the online registration or email us as early as possible so that we could make relevant arrangement accordingly.

4. Student package is exclusively designed for all the graduate, undergraduate and doctor students who have not received the doctor degree. (Student ID will be required upon arrival).

Fellowship:

We are encouraging the junior researchers to attend. You will benefit a lot from the conference. The travel fellowship (USD $100-$500) will be awarded to a number of graduate students and postdoctoral researchers.
